I haven't written in forever! So sorry...life has been a little crazy lately. Somehow the school work just piled up...maybe because I haven't done too much studying since I've been here...woops! I've also been in much closer contact with home lately, which is difficult with no constant internet in my home stay. Grandma Ruby's health is failing and now more than ever I wish I was with my family. I'm sad because I know she probably won't be there when I return to Minnesota, but I'm also happy because I know this is her time. I want her to find her peace and be with the ones she loves and misses. 
We went to Montserrat last Sunday. It is such a beautiful place, I can't wait to go back. We took the train about an hour to get there, then took a cable car to the city in the mountain. We visited the Cathedral there and I lit a candle for Grandma. I know I can't be there with her and my family right now, but they are always in my thoughts and prayers. I love her so much and miss her and my family.
This is short, but I have more coming about Madrid, Montserrat, and more!!
